Around 3 April 2025 (as reported), in San Pedro (Ica), a group of residents from Buena Vista de Topara locality carried out a demonstration outside the residence of a local man, accusing him of sexually assaulting a minor with disabilities. The group was demanding the suspect to be arrested.
