[Ukraine] Strategic developments: Looting/property destruction

Property destruction: Around 9 April 2025 (as reported), according to the Security Service of Ukraine, four people, including a 34-year-old mother involving her 16-year-old son, set fire to seven relay cabinets in Odesa, following commands from Russian FSB. The SBU also seized an explosive device from two other 16-year-olds were also involved in the arsons.
