[Ukraine] Strategic developments: Disrupted weapons use

Weapons seizure: Around 9 April 2025 (as reported), the Security Service of Ukraine seized components for an explosive device from a 24-year-old drug addicted woman and a 57-year-old man, who were supposed to conduct attacks against eight deputies of the Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council (coded to Kamianets-Podilskyi, Khmelnytskyi). The individuals were manufacturing the explosive device following commands from Russian special services.
