[Ukraine] Strategic developments: Looting/property destruction

Looting: Around 9 April 2025 (week of), Russian occupation authorities loaded onto two ships another batch of the stolen Ukrainian coal and kaolin in the Russian-held port city of Mariupol (Donetsk). The coal was mined from the occupied parts of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions. According to local sources, the Russian forces had stolen around 120 thousand Ukrainian coking coal using port in Mariupol in 2024 beginning of 2025. Russia uses Ukrainian stolen coal as a fuel for thermal generation and to support its own military economy.
