[Peru] Riots: Mob violence

On 23 March 2025, in Arequipa (Arequipa), a group of residents from Cerro Colorado district assaulted four municipal workers with bricks, sticks and other objects during an operation the offices were carrying out in the Jose Luis Bustamante y Rivero sector, against an illegal celebration that the residents were throwing. The officials were injured and medical assistance was provided.
