[Bolivia] Protests: Peaceful protest

On 3 April 2025, in Riberalta (Beni), for a second consecutive day, a group of residents continued carrying out a vigil outside the city hall and blocking the access to the premises, protesting against increase in meat and other food prices. The day before the group broke into the premises of the city council and forced the president of the entity and other councilors to march with them towards the city hall, where the mob forced the entrance to the premises, demanding measures against prices speculation and food shortage (coded separately).
