[Cyprus] Protests: Peaceful protest

On 30 March 2025, United for Palestine Nicosia organized a demonstration on Palestinian Land Day in solidarity with the Palestinian people and called for urgent collective action. The demonstrators held speeches featuring both Cypriot and Palestinian activists. They called for an immediate end to the occupation and settlement of all Palestinian territories and an end to the complicity of the Cypriot government among other demands. They were supported by PEO, who likened the current situation to Nakba. Representatives of PAME from Greece joined the rally with the mothers of injured children from Gaza.
