On 16 April 2025, in Santander De Quilichao (Cauca), suspected Jaime Martinez FARC dissidents detonated an IED outside the UTEN power sector company in the Morales Duque neighborhood, killing a worker at the Compania Energetica de Occidente (CEO) company and injuring another person. Less than an hour later, a second IED was detonated in a nearby location, injuring a military officer and a worker. 1 fatality.
