[China] Violence against civilians: Attack

On 23 March 2025, seven triad members hired by government officials beat up a female petitioner, causing her right hand to suffer from injuries, outside her home in Beijing - Fengtai. After that, she was detained in a police station for 15 days. In the beginning of the same month, the petitioner had been similarly subject to poor treatment by the police, including being subject to incommunicado detention and being attacked (coded separately).
