[Afghanistan] Violence against civilians: Attack

On 9 April 2025, Taliban leaders summoned around 100 drivers, who had previously staged a protest against irregularities in the freight truck commission (coded separately), to the headquarters in the Herat area (Herat, Herat province). Around 10 drivers were detained and assaulted under custody.
