[Mexico] Riots: Violent demonstration

On 9 April 2025, in Tarimbaro, Michoacan de Ocampo, public service operators demonstrated and blocked the Morelia-Salamanca highway near El Trebol to demand the whereabouts of a missing truck driver who was robbed and abducted the day before. Demonstrators set fire to sacks, tires and drums placed on the highway.
