[Myanmar] Explosions/Remote violence: Air/drone strike

On 10 April 2025, in Thi Kyate village (Pekon township, Taunggyi district, Shan-South state), the Myanmar military conducted an airstrike and dropped two 200-lb bombs around 11:45 pm without an armed clash occurring. A husband and a wife were injured and two houses were destroyed. Locals claimed that the military conducted an airstrike after the celebration of the 25th Kayan National Day in the afternoon of 10 April.
