[Jamaica] Violence against civilians: Abduction/forced disappearance

On 7 April 2025, in Four Paths, Clarendon, three individuals, including a religious leader, kidnapped a 13-year-old girl from her home and took her to a property in Ewarton, where she remained in captivity until the police released her, on 15 April. The abductors were identified as members of a criminal organization. The abduction's purpose was to force the girl's participation in a religious ritual.
