[Iraq] Violence against civilians: Attack

On 28 March 2025, the 63rd Brigade of the popular mobilization forces attacked an event organized to mark Quds Day in Kirkuk City (Kirkuk). Members of the force vandalized the event by smashing benches and using violence against attendees for unknown reasons.
