[Colombia] Violence against civilians: Attack

Around 8 April 2025 (as reported), in a rural area of Tubara municipality (Atlantico), a man was killed and his body was found showing signs of violence at kilometer 90 of the Via al Mar, in the Bajo Ostion sector. The victim's face and arms had been burned with a suspected chemical substance. The motives or perpetrators behind the attack are unknown. There is presence of the Gulf Clan in the area. 1 fatality.
