[Colombia] Riots: Violent demonstration

On 28 March 2025, in Bogota - Santa Fe (Bogota, D.C.), hooded students at the Macarena campus of the Distrital Francisco Jose de Caldas University threw rocks at UNDMO police forces, and detonated low-power explosive devices, during a demonstration in support of President Petro's (PH) proposed labor reform, after it was shelved by a motion of the Senate's Seventh Commission on March 11. The intersection of the Circunvalar Avenue and Calle 26 B Street was closed off due to clashes between the demonstrators and the security forces. There were no casualties.
