Looting: On 1 April 2025, ISSP militants set up a checkpoint on the road between Dori and Gorom-Gorom, in the village of Goudoubo (Dori, Seno). The militants extorted the sum of 100,000 CFA from a number of drivers, which they described as a monthly road tax.
