Terms of Use
Terms of Use
Last updated: July 28, 2026
These terms govern use of TremorWatch public pages, editorial briefings, risk scores, data previews, and related services. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you are evaluating a paid dataset or commercial service, separate written license terms may also apply.
Informational use only
TremorWatch provides monitoring signals and analysis for supply-chain risk awareness. The site does not provide investment advice, legal advice, insurance advice, sanctions advice, procurement instructions, or emergency guidance. Readers remain responsible for their own verification and operational decisions.
Data limitations
Public datasets and news-derived signals can contain delays, duplicates, reporting bias, translation issues, geocoding uncertainty, and incomplete context. Scores and event counts should be interpreted as screening indicators rather than definitive statements about actual losses or future outcomes.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or bypass the site, API, or authentication systems.
- Do not misrepresent TremorWatch content as official government, exchange, or emergency information.
- Do not bulk scrape, resell, or redistribute protected datasets except as allowed by a written license.
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to violate third-party rights.
Intellectual property
The TremorWatch name, design, editorial text, derived scores, and curated datasets are owned by Volt AI or its licensors. Public source data remains subject to the rights and licenses of the original providers. Attribution and dataset-specific restrictions are described on the license page.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site as the product evolves. We may update these terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page.
