[Somalia] Violence against civilians: Attack

On 10 April 2025, a government soldier (NISA) armed with a pistol shot and killed a civilian, a tuktuk driver near Banadir Junction Road in Mogadishu - Wadajir (Banadir). The motive for the killing was due to a dispute over a traffic jam in the area.
