[Paraguay] Protests: Peaceful protest

On 9 April 2025, in Asuncion (Asuncion), teachers, members of OTEP-SN, and representatives of various educational institutions from Guarambare, Luque, Mariano Roque Alonso, and Ita (Central department) protested in front of the Ministry of Education and Science (MEC) to denounce the lack of staff to teach various subjects, mainly due to the retirement of the teachers who previously taught them. The Vice Minister of Education received a delegation of teachers and union representatives from the Central department, to whom they presented the issues of their educational centers.
