Other: On 6 April 2025, afternoon, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) aboard the vessel BRP Cabra (MRRV 4409) was in a near-collision incident against the China Coast Guard (CCG) aboard the patrol vessel with bow number 3302 near Capones Island around the Coast of San Antonio (San Antonio, Zambales, Central Luzon). PCG said they issued a radio challenge to the Chinese vessel, ordering them to vacate the area and halt what they described as 'unauthorized' patrol around the area. The Chinese vessel moved to a position approximately 92 to 96 nautical miles from Capones Island. The Philippines deemed the incident a violation of international laws and Philippine sovereignty. The encounter did not escalate beyond the radio exchange.
