Other: On 7 April 2025, afternoon, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said a China Coast Guard (CCG) aboard a patrol vessel with bow number 3302 attempted to ram the PCG vessel BRP Cabra off the coast of Zambales (coded to Coast of Zambales). Philippine authorities said a CCG vessel engaged in what they described as 'dangerous' maneuvers, targeting to ram the aft of the PCG vessel. They also said another 'smaller and faster' CCG vessel with bow number 21612 attempted to collide with the PCG vessel.
