[Madagascar] Riots: Violent demonstration

On 1 April 2025, residents blocked the traffic with piles of rubble and burning tires in the Andranomaimbo neighborhood of Antsirabe, Antsenakely Andraikiba (Antsirabe I, Vakinankaratra) to demand justice for the murder of a student the day before in Antsirabe. Police officers intervened (means unspecified) to disperse the crowd. Around 30 demonstrators also gathered outside the central police station and later dispersed after negotiating with the head of the police station.
