[Haiti] Violence against civilians: Attack

On 7 April 2025, in Saint Michel du Sud, Nippes, unidentified individuals killed a former member of the Base 5 Secondes Gang (a.k.a. Village de Dieu Gang). The killing was perpetrated shortly after the victim had been interrogated by the Miragoane police commissioner, Ernst Muscadin, although the motivation and the identified of those involved were not clarified. The now deceased had been arrested on 3 April after being intercepted with a false police identification badge. 1 fatality.
