[Honduras] Battles: Armed clash

On 2 April 2025, in Comayaguela, Francisco Morazan, police officers clashed with suspected members of the Barrio 18 (B-18) Gang in the Flor del Campo neighborhood, Sector 1. The attackers opened fire upon noticing police patrols. Police shot back, but the assailants fled through nearby alleyways. The motive is linked to gang territorial control. There were no casualties.
