[Guatemala] Battles: Armed clash

On 26 March 2025, in Villa Nueva, Guatemala, police forces clashed with two members of the Solo Para Locos Gang (affiliates of the B-18 Gang) whom they intercepted with firearms as they were conducting an anti-gang operation in colonia El Mezquital, Zone 12. The gangsters opened fire on the police vehicle and the officers fired back to repel the attack. No one was injured. Only material damages were mentioned. There were no fatalities.
