[Colombia] Riots: Mob violence

Around 9 April 2025 (as reported), in Riohacha (La Guajira), a group of motorcycle taxi drivers caused unrest, threw stones, and briefly clashed with police following the impounding of around 30 motorcycles for violations of city regulations. There were no casualties.
