[Colombia] Riots: Mob violence

On 8 April 2025, in Bogota - Antonio Narino (Bogota, D.C.), a citizen chased down and struck two individuals with his vehicle after they had just robbed a bakery in the Ciudad Jardin Sur neighborhood.
