[Colombia] Battles: Armed clash

On 10 April 2025, in Santander municipality (coded to Puerto Santander, Amazonas), military forces clashed with members of the Carolina Ramirez FARC Dissident Front in a remote area known as Araracuara. The fighting began in the evening and lasted for at least 12 hours, continuing overnight (coded separately), and the day after (coded separately). Military sources claimed that at least 12 dissidents were killed during the three-day operation, with some reports estimating the number at 15 or even 18 fatalities.
