[Colombia] Battles: Armed clash

On 9 April 2025, between the villages of Betoyes and Flor Amarillo (Arauca), members of the Eastern War Front's Manuel Vasquez Castano Front of the ELN opened fire on a vehicle carrying several members of the Guadalupe Salcedo 10th FARC Dissident Front, on the road between Betoyes and Flor Amarillo. At least one of the travelers, a former Gulf Clan member hired by the FARC Dissidents, was injured and taken to hospital, where he would be abducted hours later, shortly after midnight, by ELN members (coded separately). The rest of the Guadalupe Salcedo FARC dissidents managed to escape. There were no fatalities.
