On 17 April 2025, in Niteroi - North (Rio de Janeiro), Pure Third Command (TCP) drug traffickers exchanged fire with Red Command (CV) drug traffickers in the Favela do Sabao community, in the Sao Lourenco neighborhood. Drug traffickers linked to the 'Bonde do Drill', who used to be from the Amigos dos Amigos (ADA) criminal group and are now members of the TCP, attacked CV drug sales points in the Sabao Favela and stole the CV's loads. There were no casualties.
