On 17 April 2025, in Porto da Barra (Delmiro Gouveia, Alagoas), military police officers exchanged fire with three unidentified armed suspects. The officers conducted an operation to arrest the suspects, who were wanted for homicide and were known as hired killers. The suspects fired against the officers and an armed clash took place. All three suspects were shot and killed. Police seized firearms and ammunition. 3 fatalities.
