[Bolivia] Riots: Mob violence

On 5 April 2025, in Oruro (Oruro), a group of residents and merchants held, bet, and partially stripped a man of his clothes, accusing him of theft attempt in the intersection of Bolivar and Rajka Bakovic streets, in the city center. The individual was tied to a light pole until police forces intervened arresting him. There were no fatalities.
