On 15 April 2025, in Potosi (Potosi), a group of union workers carried out a demonstration by blocking different roads and sectors in the city such as Litoral and Sevilla Avenues, as well as Caracol bridge, demanding among other things, better salaries, measures against price speculation and control over increase in food prices. The sector called a 24-hour strike as part of their demonstration.
