Land seizure: On 10 April 2025, a Houthi leader seized the land of civilians in Ad Dhabab area in Hubaysh district (coded to district center Zalmah al Ulya) (Ibb). The Houthi leader had convinced the landowners to allow him to build a well on the land that would be benefit the landowners. When the landowners realized that the Houthi leader was using it for his own benefit they tried to get their land back which lead the Houthi leader to fire at the houses of the landowners.
