On 24 March 2025, new homeowners gathered outside their newly built apartment building in Uchtepa district of Tashkent city in protest of unreliable supply of electricity and utilities due to unresolved dispute between the Zamin Qurilish developer company and Kadastr agency (land property registration authority), calling for the authorities to resolve the dispute and provide stable supply of utilities to their homes.
