[Russia] Protests: Peaceful protest

Around 8 April 2025 (as reported), residents of 2 neighboring villages protested and filmed a video for media either in Bolshoy Ulyk or in Pavlovka in the Chernushinskiy district of Perm Region (coded to Pavlovka). Locals complained about the emissions from the nearby oil refinery. According to the protesters, the enterprise doesn't adhere to the ecological regulations, and because of that many residents are falling ill.
