[Puerto Rico] Violence against civilians: Attack

On 26 March 2025, in Caimito, San Juan, overnight, several armed individuals shot and killed a 32-year-old man whose body was found by the police on the PR-842 Road. The victim had escaped a previous shoutout in 2015 and had been processed by the police for weapon possession. The motivation for the attack is unknown. 1 fatality.
