Other: On 6 April 2025, afternoon, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) aboard the vessel BRP Cabra (MRRV 4409) was in a near-collision incident against the China Coast Guard (CCG) aboard the patrol vessel with bow number 3302 near Capones Island around the Coast of San Antonio (San Antonio, Zambales, Central Luzon).
