Other: On 8 April 2025, the Government of Niger disbanded by decree the National Union of Border Agents (SNAD), the National Union of Waters and Forest Guards (SYNACEF), and the National Union of Waters and Forest Workers (SNATEF). This decision followed the approval and operationalization of the 'refondation charter' on 26 March 2025, which banned the exercise of the right to organize for all the Defence and Security Forces.
