On 4 April 2025, in Ciudad de Mexico - Iztapalapa, for the second day in a row, auto parts vendors blocked the Ermita Iztapalapa road around the intersection with Santa Cruz Meyehualco Avenue to protest against irregularities during a police operation. According to the protesters, three people were arbitrarily detained during a search conducted earlier morning.
