On 3 April 2025, in Shauk Chaung village (Kyaukpyu township, Kyaukpyu district, Rakhine state), the Myanmar military conducted airstrikes and dropped bombs with fighter jets and paramotors and fired heavy weapons from navy ships around 4 pm. Casualties unknown.
