[Mali] Strategic developments: Looting/property destruction

Looting: On 8 April 2025, an unidentified armed group (likely ISSP militants, based on location) stopped two trucks, and stripped passengers of their belongings including cash, in the village of Zinbondo, coded to the communal capital Tassiga (Ansongo, Gao). The trucks were on their way to the town fair of Ouattagouna. The militants also looted property in the village.
