[Kenya] Strategic developments: Looting/property destruction

Looting: On 7 April 2025, suspected Turkana militia raided Mea village (Igembe North, Meru) and made away with 87 cattle, 22 goats and seven donkeys. All the animals were later recovered by police reservists in Merti, Isiolo county (coded separately).
