On 25 March 2025, hundreds of Israelis marched and demonstrated outside of Knesset in Jerusalem - Givat Ram (Judean Mountains) against the proposed government budget and against the planned dismissals of Shin Bet chief Ronen Bar and Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara, accusing Prime Minister Netanyahu of 'betraying Israeli values.' Demonstrators also called for the release of all remaining hostages from Gaza. Demonstrators blocked roads leading to Knesset and clashed with police forces. Police arrested at least six demonstrators and forcibly removed several demonstrators from outside Knesset. An Otzma Yehudit MK claimed that he was 'attacked with severe violence' by demonstrators at the entrance to Knesset.
