[Haiti] Violence against civilians: Abduction/forced disappearance

On 1 April 2025, off the Coast of Mariani, Ouest, overnight, gang members assaulted a rice cargo ship anchored off the Mariani bay and kidnapped two crew members. The ship managed to reach the bay of Port-au-Prince hours later, although the victims' whereabouts are unknown.
