[Honduras] Violence against civilians: Attack

On 7 April 2025, in Tegucigalpa, Francisco Morazan, several unidentified armed men shot and killed a man following a violent motorcycle chase that began in the 28 de Marzo neighborhood and ended in La Esperanza neighborhood. According to witnesses, several armed individuals-suspected to be gang members-chased the victim, who attempted to flee on his motorcycle. After losing control and falling near the Santa Monica School, the man tried to escape on foot but was caught and shot multiple times. The motive for the killing is unknown. 1 fatality.
