Around 17 April 2025 (as reported), in Danli, El Paraiso, a man was killed and his body was found completely burned inside an SUV vehicle abandoned and set on fire in a vacant lot near Gabriela Alvarado Hospital. Authorities stated there were no signs of a traffic accident and considered the act intentional. Police and the Public Ministry launched an investigation to identify the perpetrators. The motive is unknown. 1 fatality.
