[Ghana] Strategic developments: Change to group/activity

Security measures: On 24 March 2025, the Interior Ministry imposed a curfew on Binduri (Binduri, Upper East) and its surroundings, from 6pm to 6am daily for an undisclosed period of time. The curfew was imposed due to a deadly gun attack that took place the previous day (coded separately). The incident is suspected to happen in the context of rising insecurity in the Upper East due to chieftaincy disputes in Bawku.
