[Ethiopia] Violence against civilians: 민간인 공격

On 15 April 2025, suspected ENDF soldiers shot and killed at least 5 civilians and burned 18 homes in Agona (East Esite, South Gondar, Amhara). The perpetrators conducted the killings as a retaliation for the clash with Fano (coded separately) and accused the victims of Fano supporters/sympathizers. The victims were shot in their homes and on the streets.
